Total Body Wellness offers Yoga Private Training, Yoga Classes and combined with Pilates Matwork as "Pilates/Yoga Fusion Class". It is often used in Pilates classes as a warm-up. View the current class line up available in our Los Ranchos de Albuquerque Pilates studio.
Yoga is also often included in personal training sessions and mat classes to promote flexibility and balance, and because of its therapeutic qualities it is used in post-rehabilitation sessions when appropriate.
