Continuing Education For Fitness Professionals
How To Teach Pilates Matwork Levels I and II
.8 ACE continuing education credits
Before functional training became all the rage, there was Pilates. Joseph Pilates always believed that a body gains strength from the inside out and that training of the core was essential to daily functioning, good posture and prevention of injury.
This training is for group exercise instructors or personal trainers who would like to enhance their skills by the addition of Pilates to their repertoire and/or as an introduction to those people who are interested in further study.
This is not a certification program although you will receive a certificate of completion and .8 ACE continuing education credits will be earned. The future Pilates instructor can use this training to prepare them for the 400-plus hour intensive training program required by the Pilates Method Alliance* to teach Pilates.

Reflexology
The underlying theory behind reflexology is that there are "reflex" areas on the feet and hands that correspond to specific organs, glands, and other parts of the body.
Practitioners believe that applying pressure to these reflex areas can promote health in the corresponding organs through energetic pathways.
Total Body Wellness offers:
* 30-minute Hand Reflexology Sessions
* 60 minute Foot Reflexology Sessions
* 90 minute Foot and Hand Reflexology Sessions
